These terms govern your access to and use of Time.ms (“the Service”). By using Time.ms you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Time.ms provides calibrated current time with a millisecond readout, using time sources synchronized with the global atomic-clock system while accounting for measured network delay, along with complementary network and location context. The Service is offered “as-is” for informational purposes.
Do not abuse or overload the Service with automated requests or attempts to bypass security controls.
Do not use the Service for unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent activities.
Do not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its infrastructure.
We strive to deliver highly accurate time data, but actual precision depends on your network conditions and device. The Service may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, or inaccuracies due to factors outside our control. We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability or accuracy.
The Service uses Cloudflare, Vercel, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Google Analytics, plus optional Google Maps embeds. We may also use Sentry to monitor errors in your browser. Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability or data handling practices.
Granting device geolocation permission is optional. Time.ms does not receive or store precise coordinates. If you choose to load the interactive map, those coordinates are passed to Google Maps to render the optional embed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time.ms, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational needs. When updates are published, the “Effective date” above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
